If changing a WISCONSIN Birth Certificate(this fee MUST be in the form of check or money order made payable to the State of WI Vital Records)--$10.00 to change Birth Certificate, $20.00 to certify copy of Birth Certificate and $3.00 per extra copy of certified Birth Certificate

Temporary Restraining Orders/Injunctions

Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) take approximately 30 minutes to process.  Please plan on arriving no later than 3:30pm to ensure same day issuance.

Paperwork Assistance

Harassment Injunction

There MAY be a filing fee of $164.50.  The Court will determine whether fees will be waived.
