DOOR COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE & FARMLAND PRESERVATION PLAN 2045
Door County Land Use Services updated the county's comprehensive plan, the Door County Comprehensive and Farmland Preservation Plan 2045 (Plan), in compliance with state requirements for a 20-year outlook (2025 – 2045). This Plan contains two volumes providing all of the statutorily required goals and background information for nine topical areas. Volume I, Vision and Goals, discusses issues, opportunities, and vision statements as well as overall plan goals, policies, and action items. Volume II, Resource Report, contains all of the background information that was used to help guide the development of the Vision and Goals volume. Both Volumes and associated maps can be found below.
Public Participation Plan. A Public Participation Plan, intended to guide the public input process throughout the development of this Plan, was adopted in early 2023 and can be found here: Public Participation Plan.
