How to Exhibit at the Door County Fair
1. Spring: Premium List Available
2. April: Registration Opens
- What: Online sign-up for all exhibits.
- Where: A registration link will appear on our website. - Exhibitors - Register Your Exhibits
- How: Select your desired categories from the Premium List, fill in your information, and submit.
- Once Registered: You’re all set until August—no further action needed right away. Get those projects ready to shine!
- Registration Closes - Registration will close on July 21st.
3. August 2: Pick Up Entry Tags & Passes
- What: Stop by the Fairgrounds on August 2 to collect your exhibit tags and fair passes.
- Why: Each exhibit needs a tag for identification and judging.
- If You Can’t Make It: Email secretary@doorcountyfair.com to arrange another pick-up time.
- Important Change: All passes must be picked up before Wednesday of fair week.
4. Wednesday, August 13, 2025: Entry Day
- What: Check-in or judging day (varies by department).
- Where: Fairgrounds.
- How: Attach your tags to each exhibit and bring them for check-in/judging.
- Schedule: Click here to see the check-in and judging schedule for your department.
5. Exhibits on Display
- When: After judging, exhibits remain on display through Sunday at 4pm.
- Why: Exhibits must stay until 4pm for you to receive any premiums earned.
