Our Organization

Door County is home to twenty-six (26) individual departments, each contributing to making our community a great place to work, live, and visit. We employ approximately four hundred (400) dedicated staff members across multiple locations throughout the County, including the Government Center, Justice Center, Aging & Disability Resource Center, Historical Museum, four (4) Emergency Services stations, three (3) Highway shops, eight (8) Library branches, and twenty-one (21) County parks.
