We provide community education on a wide array of health topics. These include, but not limited to:

• Nutrition - Classes offered through Learning in Retirement and at the ADRC of Door County

• Rabies Prevention

• Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs)
• Substance Use

Our team also hosts health screenings in the community, including: 

• Cholesterol Screenings - Usually offered in February and August at the ADRC of Door County or at Door County Public Health
• Blood Lead Tests - Screen children for lead exposure, appointments required. Education and follow-up are provided to reduce exposure. 
• Vision and Hearing Screenings - Offered at all schools and daycare centers in the county with support from our Lions Clubs
