Appointments are required. All clinics are inside, no drive-thrus.
2025 Seasonal Flu & COVID-19 Immunization Clinic Schedule
For clinic dates at Door County Public Health: If you are scheduling for yourself and have an eligible child or children who should receive the flu vaccine (available for ages 6 months–18 years) and/or the COVID-19 vaccine (available for ages 12+), there is an option to request to include them at your appointment time on the scheduling form. Otherwise, please schedule your child or children during our regular Wednesday clinic, here.
Appointment availability changes due to cancellations and appointments being added. Please check back if your desired time is not currently available.
Seasonal Influenza (Flu) 2025-26 Vaccine
Door County Public Health (DCPH) can accept the following coverages/payments for adult flu vaccine:
- Medicaid/BadgerCare+
- Medicare Part B (without an advantage plan)
- Medicare Advantage Plans*—Humana and United Healthcare plans only
- Commercial Insurance*—Common Ground and United Healthcare (including UMR) plans only
- Uninsured/underinsured
- Cash/check
*DCPH is not in-network any other Medicare Advantage Plans or Commercial Insurance at this time and unable to bill. DCPH can only accept Advantage and Commercial plans with Wisconsin coverage.
All other insurance coverages, please call your doctor’s office, pharmacy, or health insurance company to see where you are covered. Otherwise, cash and check payable to "DCPH" accepted—$50 standard dose/$98 high dose flu. Receipts are provided to submit for reimbursement from your insurance, if needed.
Children: Free school vaccination clinics for 4K-12th graders are being offered countywide; information will be sent home with students. Contact Door County Public Health if your child did not receive information from their school. For younger children, the flu vaccine is free for children ages 6 months to 18 years who are on BadgerCare+, have no insurance, or are Native American or Alaskan Native.
COVID-19 2025-26 Vaccine
Door County Public Health (DCPH) can accept the following coverages/payments for adult COVID vaccine:
- Medicaid/BadgerCare+
- Medicare Part B (without an advantage plan)
- Medicare Advantage Plans*—Humana and United Healthcare plans only
- Commercial Insurance*—Common Ground and United Healthcare (including UMR) plans only
- Uninsured/underinsured
- Cash/check
*DCPH is not in-network any other Medicare Advantage Plans or Commercial Insurance at this time and unable to bill. DCPH can only accept Advantage and Commercial plans with Wisconsin coverage.

Children: DCPH has COVID-19 vaccine available to those ages 6 months-18 years who: have no insurance, Medicaid/BadgerCare+ or are Native American/Alaskan Native OR ages 12-18 only with Humana or United Healthcare commercial insurance. Otherwise, cash and check payable to "DCPH" accepted—$165. Receipts provided to allow individuals to submit to other insurances.
You may choose to receive flu vaccine only, COVID only, or both.
Flu and COVID vaccines can be given at the same time.
To expedite service at clinics, please do the following:
- Wear short sleeves and have your arm readily accessible.
- Adults, please bring your completed Authorization Form (Español: Formulario de Autorización). Printed copies will be available on-site. Forms for children will be determined at appointment.
- Provide exact payment (depending on vaccine preferences) or applicable insurance card. Make checks payable to "DCPH".
- Present insurance card(s) and a valid ID at time of appointment.
